- MEMORY.md / lint_report.md 索引与执行时间更新至 2026-05-08

SkyJourneyandClaude Sonnet 4.6 9c913829ab fix(memcore): 强制 memory-update/lint 路径锁定，禁止写入系统自动记忆路径 
三个技能均追加"⚠ 路径锁定"块，明确唯一操作路径为
$PROJECT_DIR/.claude/memory/，严禁写入 ~/.claude/projects/*/memory/，
消除 auto memory 系统并发干扰；memory-sync Phase 3 补方向锁定注释，
确认远程同步窗口唯一为 Phase 10。

SkyJourneyandClaude Sonnet 4.6 1e35ee4d9f feat: 新增 obsidian 插件族（9 个技能） 
- 新增 plugins/obsidian 插件目录，含 9 个 obsidian-* 技能
- 核心技能重构：去除 README.md 分散路由，合并 vault 自动检测
  SOP（.obsidian/ 目录置信度表 + 标准进入动作）到 SKILL.md
- 所有技能 description 精简重写：触发信号 + 边界 + .obsidian/
  联动激活信号，字数从 300+ 压缩至 220-250
- 更新 marketplace.json 追加 obsidian 插件条目

- 新增 plugins/huanxi：Bearer Token 模式 MCP Server + 6 个工作流技能
  （日报/负责人日报/周报/任务/组织），修正全部 MCP 工具签名
- 新增 plugins/memcore：memory-sync/update/lint 三技能记忆引擎，
  修正 git add 范围避免误提交敏感文件
- CLAUDE.md：移除 version 字段示例，补充 userConfig/mcpServers 说明，
  注入「记忆体系（会话启动必读）」区块
- .claude/memory/：初始化项目记忆索引（decisions/project_overview/
  feedback_plugin_dev/lint_report）
