新增员工端环境监测完整功能模块：
- 主页面（environment/index.html）：4个监测类型Tab切换、地图/列表双视图、设备搜索筛选
- 设备详情页（device-detail.html）：指标展示、趋势分析、SVG仪表盘、柱状图
- 报警数据页（alarm-data.html）：日期范围筛选、类型筛选、阈值范围展示

数据结构与后台对齐：
- 室外空气：温度、湿度、太阳辐射、PM2.5、PM10、照度、风速
- 室内空气：温度、湿度、CO₂、甲醛、PM2.5、PM10
- 水质监测：PH、电导率、盐度、TDS、电阻率、温度
- 花粉监测：柏科、藜科、苋科、花粉总数

- 员工端PRD新增25张页面截图（Playwright自动截取）
- md-viewer.html支持图片相对路径自动补全和尺寸限制
- 项目背景.md新增PRD截图规范（7.4节），PRD更新时机改为用户主动触发
- CLAUDE.md精简去重，文档规范统一指向项目背景.md

- 新增 md-viewer.html 用于Markdown文件预览，支持HTML混合内容iframe隔离渲染
- 健康咨询模块完成首份PRD文档和变更记录
