- 全页面纵向3:4（720×960）PAD外壳模式
- 任务列表页：仅展示餐品净菜包订单，每餐品净菜包独立组配按钮
- 组配详情页：任务卡增加餐品名称字段，拆为主辅材组配区+调料组配区
- 调料组配区：3×5网格，信息格固定显示油，调料格3种状态（待组配脉冲高亮/已组配绿色/不需要组配无高亮）
- 调料组配不走AI识别，点击格子→弹窗读秤→确认写入
- 新增调料位置设置页（04-seasoning-settings.html）
- 主辅材清单平铺2列展示不滚动

- 数据模型改为累计模式：processed/target
- 新增重量确认弹窗：识别/搜索/刷新后弹窗确认本次加工重量
- 确认后重量累加到卡片 processed，支持手动修改

- 净菜列表新增删除按钮，允许移除已验收净菜
- 导航页 index.html 精简为「员工登录」和「净菜验收」两个入口
- 子页面返回按钮统一指向 01-menu.html，退出指向 00-welcome.html
- 删除旧页面：01-cutting-tasks、02-weighing、03-cutting
