- 新增 operator/onsite/professional/employee-app 四端 design-overview.html
- 补全约 30 张弹窗/状态截图，重拍长图（fullPage）
- 新增 design-overview-template.html 模板与 design-overview skill
- index.html 注册设计总览入口、修复 md-viewer 路径
- 删除已迁移的 md-viewer.html 和本地服务器方案文档
- 更新 package.json 依赖与项目背景文档

新增员工端环境监测完整功能模块：
- 主页面（environment/index.html）：4个监测类型Tab切换、地图/列表双视图、设备搜索筛选
- 设备详情页（device-detail.html）：指标展示、趋势分析、SVG仪表盘、柱状图
- 报警数据页（alarm-data.html）：日期范围筛选、类型筛选、阈值范围展示

数据结构与后台对齐：
- 室外空气：温度、湿度、太阳辐射、PM2.5、PM10、照度、风速
- 室内空气：温度、湿度、CO₂、甲醛、PM2.5、PM10
- 水质监测：PH、电导率、盐度、TDS、电阻率、温度
- 花粉监测：柏科、藜科、苋科、花粉总数

- 四个子模块监测数据详情页末列增加评定等级（室内/室外空气质量指数、水质等级、过敏等级）
- 花粉知识科普页面从占位页改为完整列表页，含筛选、富文本编辑抽屉弹窗
- 文章内容改为富文本维护方式，弹窗改为右侧抽屉样式
