fix: 修复专业人员端异常截图（patient-location、rescue-opinion）

- 之前两张页面因fullPage模式计算高度错误导致截图尺寸异常（88x390、477x390）
- 改为截取.phone-shell容器方式，确保完整手机壳画面（391x844）
- 更新screenshot.js脚本支持容器级截图修正
