feat(codex): 增量接入 Codex 插件市场（Claude 侧零修改）

新增 .agents/plugins/marketplace.json（Codex 市场索引）及三个插件的
.codex-plugin/plugin.json；huanxi 额外增加 .mcp.codex.json（Bearer
${HUANXI_TOKEN} 直连）。SKILL.md 与 Claude 侧共享，无内容重复。
