zhangyanandClaude Opus 4.6 3c50fa83a4 feat: 营养秤登录/菜单页创建 + 来料过秤预填修复 + 多模块SITE_MAP同步

- 营养秤新增 00-login.html（人脸/账号密码登录）和 00-welcome.html（功能菜单）
- 修复 02-batch-weighing.html 预填逻辑：initTaskList 调用移至 batchItems 声明之后
- 验收秤/营养秤 index.html 新增登录页和菜单页卡片条目
- 清洗比例秤、比例秤等模块导航页完善
