chore: 全量排查修复PRD+新增页面+移除node_modules追踪

- health-monitor PRD 全量排查与一致性修复（91页逐一核对）
- 新增穿戴监测运维中心告警页面(心率/血氧/体温/压力)
- 新增单位人群状态详情页面
- 体重管理模块页面优化
- 新增/更新大量页面截图
- 新增 .gitignore 排除 node_modules/.idea/
- 从 git 追踪中移除 node_modules (本地保留)
