feat: 配送H5新模块 + 净菜三页物流改造 + 餐次历史内聚到统计页
- 新增 other-module/meal-delivery-h5/ 配送员端 H5 全套 9 页(登录/工作台/派单接听/抢单/订单详情/配送中/送达签收/历史/个人中心) - 净菜内供/外售/订单三页物流模型统一,支持自营派单/自营抢单/三方物流三种配送方式,新增收货码 + 配送进度时间轴 + 物流详情弹窗 - 删除结算设备 10-meal-center/13-meal-history 两页,餐次控制内聚到 02-standby,餐次历史作为 Tab3 合并进 07-statistics - 营养管理端新增 din-canteen-shift.html(场所排版设置),din-ingredient 详情页增加删除食材确认弹窗 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
