## 项目概述

`rkutil` 是一个 Python 工具库项目，使用 Python 3.13，通过 PyCharm 管理，虚拟环境位于 `.venv/`。

## 环境配置

激活虚拟环境：
```bash
.venv/Scripts/activate
```

安装依赖（待 `pyproject.toml` 或 `requirements.txt` 创建后）：
```bash
pip install -e .
# 或
pip install -r requirements.txt
```
